Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager at Esri will oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including production, planning, distribution, and inventory management, while collaborating with various internal departments and suppliers to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that meet corporate objectives
  • Oversee logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping
  • Maintain compliance with all US and foreign trade regulations
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure business continuity
  • Collaborate with the Esri SAP support team for system testing and enhancements
  • Lead efforts in material and part number configurations within SAP
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess
  • Collaborate with suppliers and other departments to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous waste and safety requirements
  • Provide return on investment (ROI) analysis for department equipment
  • Train department on safety requirements and document all completed training
  • Manage production operations for USB software duplication and marketing materials
  • Facilitate MRO for department equipment
  • Provide documented mid-year and annual review feedback with direct reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience managing an operation with direct reports.
  • Proven experience in a supply chain management role, with a track record of success.
  • 5 years of experience with SAP, an enterprise resource planning system, or comparable data management systems.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with using the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills essential.
  • Experience with Visio or Lucidchart.

Base salary range: 88,920 - 147,160 USD
Minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave
