Job Description
The Web Content Strategist will optimize customer journeys on Esri's corporate website, enhancing conversion rates and maintaining a consistent brand narrative. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires expertise in web usability, analytics, and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze content performance for priority audiences and customer journeys.
- Stay current on Esri's campaign and program plans to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure key web pages adhere to brand, content, tagging, and taxonomy guidelines.
- Drive consistency across similar page types in collaboration with SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization teams.
- Collaborate with the UX team to align efforts and stay updated on usability research.
- Participate in kick-off meetings for web projects to set page strategy.
- Represent web content strategy in milestone meetings for major projects.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with web usability, information architecture, and writing for the web
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
- Ability to travel as needed
