Job Description
A Sr. Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing treasury reporting, bank documentation, cash reconciliations, and international banking relationships, while supporting process improvements and compliance in a multi-currency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate treasury reporting efforts and process bank documentation for domestic and international companies
- Oversee reconciliations related to cash and investments
- Manage cash management controls and document them in written and visual formats
- Serve as the technical contact for financial transaction research and process improvement initiatives
- Communicate with domestic and international banks regarding transactional and reporting matters
- Lead processing of banking documentation, including new accounts and KYC compliance
- Review weekly cash cycle reports and approve bank account and investment reconciliations
- Process cash activity summaries for cash forecast updates
- Manage letter of credit, bank guarantee, and bond application processing
- Monitor creation of treasury control documentation
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with coordination or leadership responsibilities in treasury or related finance functions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including experience with Access is a plus
- Experience of working in a multi-currency environment with international operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, and problem solving
- Ability to develop strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
