Job Description
The Social Media Lead at Esri is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, leading large-scale campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to enhance brand awareness and community engagement through innovative digital content and advocacy programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute social media strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead the planning and execution of high-impact, multi-channel social media campaigns
- Develop compelling content that engages diverse audiences and aligns with brand positioning
- Analyze performance metrics and leverage analytics tools to optimize social media efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing strategies
- Provide strategic insights and mentorship to team members to enhance social media execution
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to innovate content and engagement strategies
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of experience in social media strategy, with demonstrated experience building successful employee advocacy programs.
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale social media initiatives and brand campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement, optimization, and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- Occasional travel may be required up to 20%, based on business requirements.
