Job Description
A Sr. Project Manager at Esri is responsible for managing complex marketing projects and change initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving results through effective planning, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex marketing projects and change initiatives, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates.
- Ensure project deliverables meet departmental needs and align with business priorities.
- Build cross-functional relationships and facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Mitigate risks, identify issues, and adapt project plans to address unexpected challenges.
- Track progress, prepare reports, and communicate status to leadership.
- Ensure thorough and accurate project execution, aligning details with the overall project vision.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Demonstrated success in working on multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in developing project designs, work plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget using project management expertise.
- Ability to engage, collaborate, and facilitate with customers, internal and external teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
