Job Description

A Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing complex marketing projects and change initiatives by coordinating requirements, schedules, and budgets, while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of results aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex marketing projects and change initiatives, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and communicate updates.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet departmental needs and align with business priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and milestones.
  • Build cross-functional relationships and facilitate communication among teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring thorough and accurate completion.
  • Adapt to unexpected circumstances and resolve challenging problems proactively.
  • Share project updates and reports with leadership for review.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated success in working on multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in developing project designs, work plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Project management expertise with proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to engage, collaborate, and facilitate with customers, internal and external teams, and stakeholders.
  • Possess the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
