Job Description
A marketing professional will develop and manage co-marketing programs with strategic partners, including campaign execution, event support, content creation, and analytics to enhance brand awareness, market influence, and demand generation for Esri.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage co-marketing programs with strategic partners to enhance brand awareness and demand generation
- Plan and implement joint marketing campaigns, including content development, advertising, social media, and customer success stories
- Coordinate and support partner event marketing activities, including booth messaging, promotion, lead capture, and follow-up
- Create and align joint value propositions and messaging with partners, including offers and marketing assets
- Build personalized customer journeys with targeted content and sales enablement materials
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools to measure success and optimize digital marketing efforts
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and content
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in channel partner marketing for technology companies
- Proven 3-5 year track record for successfully developing, executing, and measuring successful integrated and digital marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage 3-5 marketing campaigns from design through execution of tactical marketing activities, including content development, advertising, social media, customer success stories, eBooks, blog posts, and web page updates
- Experience supporting partner marketing programs for marketing through and with organizations such as multinational, alliance, and system integrator partners
- Experience building aligned strategies for presence at partner events and executing all aspects of event marketing support, including booth messaging, graphics, staff participation, pre-event and post-event promotion, on-site lead capture, and sales follow-up
- Ability to build strong joint value propositions and messaging that fit within each company's messaging and strategies, and corresponding offers and assets
- Experience building optimized customer journeys by creating and personalizing content, nurture assets, and sales enablement content to drive results
- Experience leveraging marketing analytics and reporting platforms to determine campaign success criteria, manage campaign status reports, and improve digital experience and ROI
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align on market opportunities, objectives, benchmarks, messaging, audience targets, and content to ensure program and campaign success
- Self-starter, detail and task oriented, highly organized, with a customer-oriented attitude

Base salary range of $104,000 to $166,400 USD
