Job Description
Assist in driving the adoption and effective use of marketing technologies and programs across Esri's global distributor network by providing training, strategic guidance, and change management support to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise Esri Distributors on marketing technology and workflows
- Drive adoption of marketing tools and strategies across global distributors
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to promote technology adoption
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of engagement initiatives
- Set and monitor KPIs to measure distributor adoption and enablement progress
- Leverage change management processes to guide distributors through transformation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in user adoption and or change management within a marketing organization, with a strong understanding of established methodologies such as ProSci or similar.
- Knowledge and use of marketing solutions such as Salesforce, Adobe suite, Pardot, and more.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with strong project management acumen.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25-35% of the time.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
