Job Description
The Senior Software Development Engineer will design and develop geospatial data quality software and AI-driven solutions for the ArcGIS platform, supporting organizations in managing and improving their geospatial data accuracy and consistency through scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop geospatial data quality software and AI/ML components
- Build scalable machine learning pipelines and data engineering processes
- Develop, test, and integrate AI/ML algorithms for data quality enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineers, researchers, and domain experts
- Follow industry-standard design patterns, development methodologies, and deployment models
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position supporting responsibilities with emphasis on Python, Machine learning or AI systems
- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles, software architecture, and API design
- Ability to analyze software algorithms and identify improvements
- Experience with software development using Python, ML frameworks, and RAG systems
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or STEM related field
