Job Description
A senior events marketing professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events to enhance user engagement, manage logistics, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless attendee experience for Esri.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute large-scale events from start to finish
- Coordinate event logistics including budget, food and beverage, audio-visual, internet, security, and electrical needs
- Act as primary liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple event priorities and deadlines effectively
- Lead onsite food and beverage standards and requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success
- Monitor and address errors, troubleshoot issues, and adapt plans as needed
- Mentor new team members on event management best practices
- Analyze industry trends and recommend innovative strategies for events
- Drive continuous improvement of event processes and attendee experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in events, or the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated experience working independently and with a team.
- Proven ability to successfully engage with high level internal and external partners.
- Experience providing deliverables and executing events management on time against deadlines.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Workfront.
- Previous use of events management software such as Exhibit Force and Rainfocus.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.

Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $83,200 - $131,040 USD
Work schedule: Up to 15% travel requirement
