Job Description
A senior events marketing professional responsible for planning, executing, and managing large-scale events to enhance stakeholder engagement, ensure seamless logistics, and support Esri's mission through creative and strategic event management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events from start to finish.
- Manage event logistics including budget, communications, food and beverage, audio-visual, internet, security, and electrical needs.
- Act as primary liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
- Lead onsite food and beverage standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance relationships and influence decision-making.
- Track and manage all event details, deadlines, and project milestones.
- Identify and resolve event-related issues creatively and effectively.
- Mentor new team members on event management best practices.
- Analyze industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve events and attendee experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in events, or the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated experience working independently and with a team.
- Proven ability to successfully engage with high level internal and external partners.
- Experience providing deliverables and executing events management on time against deadlines.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Workfront.
- Previous use of events management software such as Exhibit Force and Rainfocus.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $83,200 - $131,040 USD
Work schedule: Up to 15% travel requirement
