Job Description
The role involves leveraging change management expertise to assist organizations in achieving their geospatial goals, focusing on the people aspect of technology implementations. The position requires managing client engagements, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget, and fostering strong relationships with customers and account teams.
Responsibilities
- •Support design, delivery, and client satisfaction on client engagements
- •Complete project work using proven methodologies and frameworks
- •Manage project coordination, schedule, and production of client deliverables
- •Leverage change management knowledge to promote services internally
- •Develop strong working relationships with consultants, account teams, and customers
- •Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders for managed engagements
- •Use active listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs
Requirements
- •5 years of professional experience in change management consulting, design, and delivery.
- •1 year of experience with change management technology consulting.
- •Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple engagements simultaneously with prioritizing demand.
- •Demonstrate creativity, analytical, and problem-solving skills and active listening skills.
- •Demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow through, and organizational skills.
- •Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- •Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
