Job Description
A senior marketing professional at Esri is responsible for developing and managing complex digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive demand creation and audience engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage multiple marketing campaigns across various channels and verticals.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and messaging.
- Analyze marketing data and use reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and optimize digital experiences.
- Create and personalize marketing content, including assets and sales enablement materials.
- Identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging for automated campaigns and advertising.
- Stay updated on emerging digital technologies and media strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success and solve diverse marketing challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in channel marketing.
- Previous experience with complex integrated and digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success working on multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully manage projects and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Adobe Target, Power BI, Pardot, and/or Salesforce.

Base salary range of $83,200 to $135,200 USD
