Job Description
A senior marketing professional at Esri is responsible for developing and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive demand creation and audience engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and messaging.
- Manage multiple marketing projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Analyze marketing data and use reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and optimize digital experiences.
- Create and personalize marketing content and sales enablement materials.
- Identify target audiences and craft messaging for various digital channels and automated campaigns.
- Stay informed about emerging digital technologies and media opportunities to enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in channel marketing.
- Previous experience with complex integrated and digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success working on multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully manage projects and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Base salary range of $83,200 to $135,200 USD
