Job Description
This role involves providing change management and workforce development consulting to help organizations successfully implement Esri's technology solutions, focusing on strategic planning, customer engagement, and promoting related services to drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to define change management and workforce development needs
- Develop and tailor change management and workforce development plans to client objectives
- Participate in the productization and promotion of change management and workforce development services
- Secure consulting engagements through proposals and client interactions
- Identify opportunities for long-term consulting projects
Requirements
- Five (5) years of professional change management technology consulting experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Base salary range of $74,880 to $118,560 USD
