Key Responsibilities
Design and implement new UI components spanning a wide range of UX; such as Charting, Forms, Mapping Controls, Smart Mapping, Data Management and Analysis Tools
Ensure Components meet Accessibility, Internationalization, and Localization requirements
Assume a leading role in the public API design and documentation
Advise in matters of software architecture and engineering. Apply and promote good software engineering practices, such as test automation, modularization, simplification
Evolve and maintain our build process, test automation infrastructure, and other custom tooling
Interact with users to identify and articulate their needs
Research and apply state-of-the-art UX practices
Requirements
Two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation
Must demonstrate experience in Software Design and Architecture, GIS, Javascript, TypeScript, Web Components, API Design
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, GIS, or a related field
