The Senior Sales Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for the Global Business Development Division, focusing on sourcing and closing executive-level candidates across multiple sales teams. This role requires building strong relationships with sales leadership and developing effective sourcing strategies to maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Responsibilities
•Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for the Global Business Development Division.
•Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring objectives and develop recruitment plans.
•Create and execute effective sourcing strategies for sales roles.
•Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, sourcing, and referrals.
•Build relationships with sales leadership and manage candidate experiences.
•Collaborate with HR specialists on global mobility, training, HRIS, compensation, and compliance.
•Develop deep business knowledge of the sales organization and its markets.
•Maintain key recruiting metrics and analyze recruiting trends.
Requirements
•5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for sales positions at all levels.
•Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels.
•Solid capacity to practice behavioral competency assessments to determine best placement of talent within the organization.
•Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment.
•Team player who takes initiative, is self-directed and highly motivated, and has a passion for results.
•Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
•Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications.
