Job Description

The Senior Sales Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for the Global Business Development Division, focusing on sourcing and closing executive-level candidates across multiple sales teams. This role requires building strong relationships with sales leadership and developing effective sourcing strategies to maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for the Global Business Development Division.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring objectives and develop recruitment plans.
  • Create and execute effective sourcing strategies for sales roles.
  • Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, sourcing, and referrals.
  • Build relationships with sales leadership and manage candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate with HR specialists on global mobility, training, HRIS, compensation, and compliance.
  • Develop deep business knowledge of the sales organization and its markets.
  • Maintain key recruiting metrics and analyze recruiting trends.

Requirements

  • 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for sales positions at all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels.
  • Solid capacity to practice behavioral competency assessments to determine best placement of talent within the organization.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment.
  • Team player who takes initiative, is self-directed and highly motivated, and has a passion for results.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications.
