Job Description
A Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile processes, coordinating teams, tracking metrics, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within a Customer Entitlement Management environment. The role involves team leadership, process improvement, and collaboration across multiple teams to support software development lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos.
- Track and communicate Scrum metrics including team velocity and sprint progress.
- Coordinate Release and Change Management activities.
- Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum principles and make tough decisions when necessary.
- Help product owners establish and enforce sprint priorities and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
- Anticipate and manage impacts of changes to business systems.
- Support team development, empowerment, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Five years of Scrum Master or Project Manager experience
- Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the processes and procedures associated with it
- Be an Agile enthusiast and an experienced Scrum Master
- Knowledge of iterative and incremental development and the value of metrics
- Understanding the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
- Understanding backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
- Technically strong to enable engagement in development meetings and discussions
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field

Base salary range of $74,880 to $150,280 USD
