The Regional Marketing Lead for WAMEA at Esri is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, supporting distributor partnerships, managing campaigns, and promoting the Esri brand to drive international market growth through data-driven and collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Support international market growth in the WAMEA region through regional marketing campaigns and programs.
Build and engage a regional distributor marketing community via regular communication and updates.
Create and execute regional marketing campaigns, including go-to-market strategies and joint value propositions with partners.
Develop and implement the annual WAMEA Regional Marketing Plan aligned with business development strategies.
Provide marketing support to distributors for materials related to PR, advertising, events, and digital assets.
Leverage marketing analytics to evaluate campaign performance and improve digital experiences.
Extend Esri brand messaging through regional events, campaigns, and customer stories.
Share global marketing best practices and conduct enablement training tailored to the region.
Requirements
Eight (8) years of experience working in global marketing.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Advanced project management and problem-solving skills.
Strategic thinker who can effectively work well in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team environment.
Self-starter, detail and task oriented, highly organized, with a customer-oriented attitude.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including advanced presentation skills.
Mastery of English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel globally and within the WAMEA region.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
