Job Description
This role involves managing high-impact UX and digital design projects at Esri, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered digital experiences, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement in design processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital design initiatives from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timely and scoped completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including project management, development, and marketing
- Facilitate communication, meetings, and alignment among stakeholders and teams
- Provide regular updates on project timelines, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Drive change management by improving workflows, documentation, and processes
- Guide teams through new tools and methods to support adoption and efficiency
- Conduct retrospectives and identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years managing complex projects within large in-house UX, design, or digital creative agencies.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience working closely with designers, researchers, and developers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills across design, research, and marketing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Trello, Airtable, or Microsoft Project.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Design, Business, or a related field.
