Job Description
Manage and oversee digital projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative online experiences and ensure project success within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects from inception to completion
- Gather requirements, analyze processes, and document project details
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Evaluate project outcomes and communicate process improvements to leadership
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital project management.
- In-depth understanding of project management principles and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including an understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Workfront, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Base salary range of $69,680 to $96,720 USD
