Job Description
This role involves managing the development of ArcGIS Hub's site builder and data sharing features, translating product vision into specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance community collaboration and geospatial content sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the product roadmap for ArcGIS Hub's site builder and data sharing features based on customer needs and market trends
- Translate product vision into detailed specifications and write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to refine user stories, prioritize development backlogs, and ensure quality delivery
- Engage with stakeholders to understand workflows related to site creation, data sharing, metadata, and governance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive workflows across ArcGIS Hub, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in product management or a related role building SaaS or web-based tools, customer education, or customer success.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to articulate requirements and rationale clearly.
- Experience with geospatial technology, civic engagement, open data, or community collaboration platforms.
- Ability to travel 10-20% for strategic meetings, events, and/or tradeshows.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, engineering, or other relevant field.

Base salary range of $91,520 - $151,424 USD
