Job Description
The role involves developing and maintaining automation tools for deploying and configuring ArcGIS Enterprise software in complex IT environments, utilizing infrastructure automation tools and cloud platforms, with a focus on ensuring reliable, scalable, and efficient deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate user requirements for automation tools
- Plan, execute, and manage testing to ensure software quality
- Identify, track, and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle
- Document technical workflows and share best practices
- Collaborate with support and professional services teams for troubleshooting and deployment
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or PowerShell DSC
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Confident decision-making abilities in a technical environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
