This Product Engineer position will use remote sensing knowledge and skills to expand and improve imagery processing techniques applied to vast amounts of information.

Build, test, QA, and implement data conversion workflows
Test various data processing workflows
Research and apply cutting edge methods and technologies in the field of remote sensing
Understand, create, and explain new products created by raster analysis
Requirements
1+ years of experience in remote sensing and GIS
Familiarity with image services, mosaic datasets, geoprocessing tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and proven ability to work in teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical presenting and interacting with colleagues across organizations
Remote sensing science and how to use algorithms to extract information from imagery
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
Bachelor’s degree in remote sensing, GIS, or related field
Experience with image processing and image analysis
Knowledge of big data and cloud infrastructure (Amazon, Azure)
Experience using Python or other high-level languages
Proven ability to define, manage, and deliver geospatial solutions
