Job Description
A product management role focused on supporting and developing GIS training products, including market research, product strategy, lifecycle management, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance and promote training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify training needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop new training products aligned with market trends and customer requirements
- Analyze product sales, usage, and market data to provide insights and recommendations
- Lead the product lifecycle planning, including productization, fulfillment, revenue recognition, and profitability management
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing teams
- Provide post-release support on licensing, business rules, policies, and legal terms
- Maintain and update existing training products, ensuring process and communication gaps are addressed
- Build predictive models and collaborate with business intelligence teams for product analytics
- Promote training products internally and communicate product strategy across divisions
- Create and maintain detailed productization plans covering business models, distribution channels, and policies
Requirements
- 8 years of experience supporting product planning and management
- Ability to present, articulate processes, and communicate strategic objectives to secure buy-in from senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to cultivate strategic relationships with customers and partners
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Base salary range of $124,800 to $210,080 USD
