Job Description
This role involves supporting the product management of GIS training products by conducting market research, developing product strategies, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to develop, launch, and maintain training solutions that meet customer needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product management for training products, including ideation, definition, and lifecycle management
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify training needs and opportunities
- Analyze sales, usage, and market data to provide insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products
- Provide post-release support on licensing, business rules, and legal policies
- Maintain existing training products by bridging process and communication gaps
- Build predictive models to inform product management decisions
- Promote training products internally and communicate product strategy across divisions
Requirements
- 8 years of experience supporting product planning and management
- Ability to present, articulate processes, and communicate strategic objectives to secure buy-in from senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to cultivate strategic relationships with customers and partners
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Base salary range of $124,800 to $210,080 USD
