Your previous payroll experience can be put to excellent use in our Accounting Department.
Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll by following policies and procedures and make recommendations for process improvement
Enter garnishments, timesheet adjustments, and other one-time changes to payroll
Resolve payroll discrepancies
Perform audits to ensure accuracy of payroll
Process new hires and separations
Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
Maintain confidential payroll information
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Requirements
2+ years of high-volume payroll experience, preferably with a top tier HCM payroll system
Be a self-starter who is able to use sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Access
Strong attention to detail with the ability to be responsible for more than one task at a time
Strong customer service skills, team oriented, flexible, and have the ability to work with strict deadlines
