Job Description

The job involves leading a partner operations team at Esri, focusing on managing operations and partner business programs to enhance indirect channel business growth. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, optimizing processes, and developing enablement solutions while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and collaborate with team members to improve operational processes.
  • Mentor team through active coaching and regular feedback.
  • Support the growth of partner programs and processes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Liaise with internal groups to meet partner channel objectives.
  • Develop and review enablement and training materials.
  • Implement partner business and enablement programs.
  • Drive partner performance through engagement tools.
  • Recommend and implement onboarding and enablement solutions.
  • Proactively drive improvements to support partner channel business.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience planning, designing, developing, and implementing effective sales and/or partner operations and enablement solutions for a global software company.
  • 3 years of experience mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team.
  • Advanced project and process management skills with an ability to own planning, scheduling, and coordinating.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems by applying knowledge and judgment to identify approach and methods.
  • Experience in obtaining and using diverse partner and customer feedback and using partner and customer knowledge to optimize the design of partner business and enablement programs.
  • Consultative approach and proven track record of effective collaboration and influence at all levels of an organization, with the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions, both internally and externally.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Microsoft PowerBI, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proactive, self-starter, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 50%.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, IT, or a related field.
