Job Description
The role involves managing and strengthening partnerships with systems integrators and business partners to promote Esri's GIS technology, drive revenue, and support partner development through relationship building, strategic planning, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen relationships with systems integrators and business partners to promote Esri's technology.
- Develop and execute account plans aligning partner solutions with customer opportunities.
- Assist partners in aligning their development, marketing, and sales strategies with Esri's goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities through prospecting and location strategies.
- Provide on-site support at events for partner training and technology updates.
- Articulate the value and strengths of Esri technology to partner organizations.
- Support potential partners by addressing questions and guiding them to appropriate resources.
- Execute account management and sales processes for partner opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience supporting a business partner network and or systems integrators.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and business assessment as it relates to partners.
- Experience in channel management and or business partner development and ability to develop industry channel strategy.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
