Job Description
A strategic role within the Learning and Organizational Development department focused on designing, facilitating, and evaluating leadership and talent development programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and facilitate talent and leadership development programs.
- Establish relationships across the organization to understand business priorities and talent development needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to perform gap analyses, define learning objectives, and implement training solutions.
- Facilitate leadership development curricula tailored to skill and knowledge levels.
- Design training materials, tools, and resources to reinforce learning and application.
- Identify and develop career pathing and competency-based development tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and recommend improvements.
- Research emerging OD and training methodologies, trends, and best practices.
- Support talent management initiatives through training facilitation and program support.
Requirements
- Five years of professional experience facilitating training, including off-the-shelf curriculum, and supporting talent management initiatives
- Two years of supervisory experience managing direct reports, providing guidance, direction, and leadership to others
- Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories, and principles of management and organizational behavior
- Proven record of implementing successful initiatives in leadership development, organizational development, change management, employee experience, and or organizational culture
- Exceptional project management skills and familiarity with phases of project lifecycles
- Strong consultative approach including excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to listen well across a diverse set of opinions and viewpoints, and influence appropriate outcomes
- Data-driven approach diagnosing business problems, understanding insights, and designing impactful solutions
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles, building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels
- Excellent written communication skills using clear, concise, and compelling language to promote training services and learning solutions
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, industrial psychology, human resources, or related field

Compensation/salary range: $74,888 - $120,640 USD
Work schedule: Up to 25% domestic travel
