Job Description
Lead and manage a Business Intelligence team to develop insightful reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making across the enterprise, leveraging analytical expertise and technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Intelligence professionals
- Engage with leadership to understand reporting and analysis needs
- Develop strategies to deliver reporting and analysis solutions
- Oversee creation of Power BI reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with technology teams to establish data strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to advance BI projects
- Communicate work progress and deliverables to stakeholders
Requirements
- Five years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or Business Applications, with a minimum of two years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of effective team management and project delivery
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, coupled with excellent communication skills, to engage and inspire a high-performing team and articulate complex information clearly to various stakeholders
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and drive the design and delivery of visually appealing information products that influence decision making activities
- A proven history of initiating and successfully driving process improvements and strategic projects, showcasing a commitment to ongoing operational excellence
- Proficiency working with business intelligence and analytical reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field

Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $83,200 - $135,200 USD
