Job Description
A Business Manager for Operations Globalization at Esri leads global business functions, manages cloud operations and internationalization initiatives, and supports global product strategies to ensure products meet diverse market needs worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support global business functions, including product lifecycle documentation and operational support.
- Oversee cloud service operations, including account usage and cost optimization.
- Manage contractor onboarding, separation, and support for non-Esri personnel.
- Administer and track Non-Esri Partner Program participants and related resource allocations.
- Develop and monitor annual spend plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate globalization initiatives such as Accessibility, Localization, and Internationalization.
- Identify new global business opportunities and support regional product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback into global product planning.
- Ensure scalability and compliance of products for international markets.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in business operations, globalization, or cloud management roles
- Experience mentoring, motivating, and leading a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in cost modeling, negotiation, and business planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse, global teams
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
