Job Description
A Business Manager for Operations Globalization is responsible for leading global business functions, overseeing cloud operations, supporting globalization initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and identifying international business opportunities to ensure products meet diverse global market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support global business functions through product management, software engineering, solutions, and R&D teams across regions
- Oversee cloud account usage, cost analysis, and provide optimization strategies
- Manage onboarding and separation processes for contractors and support non-Esri personnel
- Administer and track Non-Esri Partner Program participants, WBS allocations, and usage
- Develop and maintain documentation related to product releases and lifecycle updates
- Manage globalization initiatives including Accessibility, Localization, and Internationalization
- Identify new global business opportunities and support regional product strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback into global product planning
- Support scalability and compliance of products for international markets
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in business operations, globalization, or cloud management roles
- Experience mentoring, motivating, and leading a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in cost modeling, negotiation, and business planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse, global teams
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
