Job Description
The Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns targeting the state and local government market, including content creation, event management, analytics, and community building to increase revenue and market presence for Esri's GIS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase revenue and market share within the government sector.
- Create marketing content and assets, including messaging, print collateral, digital content, and campaign materials.
- Plan, coordinate, and support events and webinars to engage target audiences and build community.
- Manage campaign projects to ensure timely delivery within budget, including tracking progress and addressing challenges.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and report on engagement metrics.
- Utilize marketing technologies to manage activities such as audience segmentation, email campaigns, advertising, and content publishing.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, industry influencers, and professional associations to support marketing objectives.
- Foster a vibrant user community through activities like user groups, online forums, and regional meetups.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing or related business experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Time management, resource management, and project management skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, geography, GIS, or a related field.

Base salary range estimated between $70,720 and $110,240 USD
