Job Description
The Industry Marketing Manager develops and executes strategic marketing campaigns targeting the state and local government market, focusing on market research, content creation, event management, and community building to increase revenue and market presence for Esri's GIS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels targeting the state and local government market.
- Create marketing content and assets such as messaging, print collateral, digital content, and campaign materials.
- Plan and contribute to events and webinars, including content development, logistics, and community engagement.
- Manage campaign projects to ensure timely delivery within budget, coordinating multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on engagement and effectiveness.
- Utilize marketing technologies to manage activities, segment audiences, run campaigns, and publish content.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, industry influencers, and professional associations.
- Foster a community of users through activities like user groups, meetups, online forums, and virtual communities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing or related business experience.
- Must possess time management, resource management, and project management skills.
- Must be a quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Must have strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, geography, GIS, or a related field is required.

Base salary range estimated between $70,720 and $110,240 USD
