Job Description
The Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns within the infrastructure market to increase revenue, build community, and strengthen Esri's market position through content creation, event management, analytics, and collaboration with partners and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase revenue and market share.
- Create marketing content and assets, including messaging, print collateral, digital content, and campaign materials.
- Plan, support, and manage events and webinars to engage target audiences and build community.
- Manage campaign projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and coordinating multiple priorities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights for optimization.
- Utilize marketing technology to manage activities, segment audiences, run campaigns, and publish content.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and industry influencers to understand needs and promote Esri solutions.
- Foster a vibrant user community through activities such as user groups, meetups, forums, and online engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing or related business experience.
- Ability to manage time, resources, and projects effectively, including managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
- Highly organized and strongly self-motivated with the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, geography, GIS, or a related field.

Base salary range estimated between $70,720 and $110,240 USD
