Job Description
The Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns within the infrastructure market to increase revenue, build community, and strengthen Esri's market position through content creation, event management, analytics, and collaboration with partners and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Create campaign assets including messaging, print collateral, and digital content
- Contribute to and support events and webinars with messaging, content, and logistics
- Manage campaign projects to ensure timely delivery within budget
- Track and analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Utilize marketing technologies to manage activities, segment audiences, and publish content
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and industry influencers
- Foster a vibrant user community through marketing activities and community-building initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing or related business experience.
- Highly organized and strongly self-motivated with the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods.
- Proficiency in time management, resource management, and project management skills.
- Ability to deliver campaign assets on time and on budget, managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously, and communicating progress updates regularly to stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using a wide range of channels, tactics, and approaches.
- Experience in creating campaign assets, including messaging, print collateral, and digital content such as brochures, ebooks, videos, emails, ads, social assets, webpages, blogs, articles, and graphics.
- Experience in contributing to third-party and hosted events by creating messaging and content, supporting onsite logistics, and establishing forums to build community.
- Ability to track campaign performance and engagement through activity reports and analytics.
- Experience utilizing available technologies and processes to manage activities, segment audience data, run email and advertising campaigns, build webpages, and publish customer stories.
- Experience building relationships with customers and distributors to understand audience needs and highlight successful implementations.
- Experience working with certified Esri software and solution providers, professional associations, media, and thought leaders to position Esri in the market.
- Ability to foster a vibrant user community through marketing activities such as virtual communities, user groups, regional meetups, online forums, and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, geography, GIS, or a related field.
- Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to develop messaging and content for campaigns.
- Knowledge of industry trends and technology trends relevant to infrastructure markets.
- Experience in working with professional associations and co-marketing with strategic partners is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in GIS software is a plus.

Base salary range of $70,720 to $110,240 USD
