Job Description
The Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns within the infrastructure market to increase revenue, build community, and enhance Esri's market presence through content creation, event management, analytics, and collaboration with partners and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase revenue and market share.
- Create marketing content and assets, including messaging, print collateral, digital content, and multimedia materials.
- Plan, support, and manage events and webinars to engage target audiences and build community.
- Manage campaign projects to ensure timely delivery within budget, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and report on engagement and effectiveness.
- Utilize marketing technologies to manage activities, segment audiences, run campaigns, and publish content.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand presence.
- Foster a vibrant user community through activities such as user groups, online forums, and regional meetups.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing or related business experience.
- Must possess time management, resource management, and project management skills.
- Highly organized and strongly self-motivated with the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, geography, GIS, or a related field.

Base salary range of $70,720 to $110,240 USD
