Job Description
The job involves partnering with business leadership to drive change within the Human Resources team, mentoring colleagues, and managing departmental projects while ensuring superior customer service and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor team members through active coaching and regular feedback.
- Develop and report on human resources goals and progress.
- Drive workforce planning and recommend improvements to recruitment.
- Serve as a consultative thought partner to leadership.
- Manage departmental projects and provide updates to management.
- Develop process improvements and strategies for the HR team.
- Implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience mentoring colleagues on human resources best practices
- Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels
- Solid capacity to practice behavioral competency assessments to determine best placement of talent within the organization
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment
- Team player who takes initiative, is self-directed and highly motivated, and has a passion for results
- Knowledge of local wage and hour laws and benefits
- Professional command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications
