Job Description

A human resources professional responsible for partnering with leadership to implement talent management strategies, support recruitment, drive organizational change, and enhance employee engagement across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to implement change, influence talent management, and improve employee experience
  • Design and lead equitable talent management, workforce planning, retention, and organizational design practices
  • Support full-cycle recruitment and collaborate with talent acquisition to meet workforce goals
  • Stay informed on compensation, employment branding, and market trends to recommend strategic changes
  • Provide guidance to leadership on coaching, change management, and career development
  • Develop and implement programs such as onboarding, career pathing, and leadership development
  • Participate in meetings with business leaders and HR teams to interpret needs and identify talent priorities
  • Build partnerships with HR specialists in employee relations, organizational development, and compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and employee training through feedback analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar HR generalist position or supporting similar HR responsibilities.
  • Outstanding creativity, maturity, flexibility, and sound judgment in complex situations.
  • Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work proactively and help build systemic processes and methods in all areas of human resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse perspectives and achieve consensus.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics to inform business strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Knowledge of ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, wage and hour laws, and benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications.
