Job Description
The role involves supporting Talent Acquisition by coordinating interviews, managing recruiting data, and ensuring a smooth hiring process, primarily through administrative and organizational tasks within the Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone interviews, onsite interviews, travel arrangements, and new hire activities.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data within applicant tracking and reporting systems.
- Resolve data discrepancies promptly and keep individuals informed.
- Coordinate workflow processes with team members and groups.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly
- Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- Experience with employee customer interactions and correspondence
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 1 year of experience in human resources
- Knowledge of California state and federal laws and human resources policies and practices
- Experience with an HRIS system
