Job Description
The AEC Industry Specialist at Esri is a subject matter expert who promotes GIS and location analytics within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry through content creation, community engagement, and strategic marketing efforts to drive adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver thought leadership content such as webinars, customer stories, white papers, blogs, and social media to increase visibility and community engagement within the AEC industry.
- Support and coordinate AEC-focused events including conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and user group meetings.
- Create and execute marketing and engagement campaigns aligned with AEC goals, tracking progress and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Research industry trends and competitive landscape to support strategic positioning of Esri technology in the AEC sector.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and partner teams to implement impactful campaign tactics and support business growth.
- Deepen GIS domain expertise in AEC and provide guidance and presentations to internal teams, partners, and customers.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in the AEC industry, particularly in design, construction, project management, or digital delivery
- Solid understanding of how GIS is applied within AEC workflows
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
- Quick learner with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, geography, engineering, construction management, or a related field

Compensation/salary range: $87,360 - $139,360 USD
