Job Description
This role involves providing thought leadership on the application of GIS technology within the oil, gas, and integrated energy industries, developing industry messaging, creating content, and collaborating with teams to promote the value of ArcGIS solutions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver thought leadership content such as webinars, case studies, collateral, social media programs, videos, and event plans to demonstrate the value of ArcGIS in oil and gas energy organizations
- Research, analyze, and monitor industry and technological trends to identify market opportunities
- Support strategic opportunities as a subject matter expert and collaborate with account managers to increase penetration in key accounts
- Manage a team of industry and marketing professionals to support global tactical and strategic messaging through marketing campaigns
- Build and foster a community among Esri clients to better serve their interests
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and participate in joint value messaging to industry executives
Requirements
- 8 years of experience at key oil gas or large integrated energy organizations
- Demonstrated geospatial innovation and advanced use of software technology
- Executive leadership experience with the ability to strategize, inspire, and achieve goals
- Strong experience working in multi-discipline teams with proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence business and technical audiences
- Widely known, respected, and influential in your industry
- Demonstrated excellence in written communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing purpose and tactics
- Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
- Bachelor's degree in geography, geology, earth science or related field

Base salary range estimated between $108,160 and $180,960 USD
