Job Description
A position focused on building relationships and providing GIS solutions within the AEC industry, involving account management, sales strategy, industry knowledge, and customer engagement to promote Esri's geospatial technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations.
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders to tailor GIS solutions.
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to define and implement account strategies.
- Present solutions and demonstrate the value of Esri technology to customers.
- Conduct research and pursue professional development to stay informed on industry trends.
- Leverage social media and participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to expand professional network.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the AEC industry and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
