Job Description
The GeoXC Program Manager at Esri is responsible for leading a team that promotes the adoption of Esri's geospatial technology, engaging with customers and partners across industries to identify needs, develop solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives through innovative location-based services.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support customers and partners in adopting and expanding Esri technology solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve sales and program objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across various industries to understand their needs and develop strategies.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of ArcGIS and its industry applications to articulate value propositions.
- Lead and participate in executive briefings to present solutions and strategic insights.
- Develop and deliver content, demos, and enablement activities to support customer engagement.
- Research industry trends and continuously update expertise in GIS and related technologies.
- Create and propose innovative solutions to help customers meet their goals using geospatial technology.
Requirements
- 8 years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience
- 3 years of experience mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team
- Advanced knowledge of various industries and new technology trends, and the ability to translate this into complex solutions for customers
- Deep understanding of GIS and Esri technology
- Expert visual storyteller across all levels of an organization
- Able to build compelling account growth strategies
- Knowledge of the fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 25%
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
