The GeoXC Program Manager at Esri is responsible for guiding the adoption and optimization of Esri technology among customers and partners, leveraging geospatial expertise to develop strategies that address business challenges and drive digital transformation.
Responsibilities
•Empower team and customers through coaching and feedback.
•Engage in discussions to guide understanding of geospatial value.
•Collaborate with Global Business Development to understand customer needs.
•Facilitate content and demo development with the team.
•Articulate the strength and value of Esri technology to customers.
•Demonstrate expert knowledge of ArcGIS and its applications.
•Guide customers on decisions regarding Esri technology.
•Participate in and lead executive briefings.
•Craft and propose innovative solutions for customer goals.
Requirements
•8 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
•3 years of experience mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team.
•Advanced knowledge of various industries and new technology trends, and the ability to translate this into complex solutions for customers.
•Deep understanding of GIS (Geographic Information System) and Esri technology.
•Expert visual storyteller across all levels of an organization.
•Ability to build compelling account growth strategies.
•Knowledge of the fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles.
•Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 25%.
•Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
