Job Description
This role involves leveraging geospatial technology and industry knowledge to build relationships, develop strategies, and provide solutions for federal government clients within the Intelligence Community, focusing on signal intelligence, cybersecurity, and cryptologic analysis to support their missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for large organizations, particularly at Fort Meade, MD.
- Identify new opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships within high-level accounts.
- Present at trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote Esri technology.
- Understand customer needs, including industry knowledge of signal intelligence, cybersecurity, and cryptologic analysis, and identify key stakeholders.
- Articulate the value of Esri technology related to the Intelligence Community and support visual storytelling through presentations.
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working in or supporting the federal government.
- Understanding of signal intelligence, cyber security, cryptologic analysis and its relevance to the application of GIS.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Knowledge of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the federal government industry and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this into complex solutions for customers.
- Understanding of GIS, Esri technology, and various industries as they relate to one another.
- Knowledge of Government fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
- Applicants must be a US Citizen, undergo a background investigation, and obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility requirements for a Secret, Top Secret (TS), TS SCI, or TS SCI with polygraph clearance.
