Job Description
This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows and conferences for Esri, ensuring seamless event logistics, excellent stakeholder communication, and creative event management to deliver exceptional experiences for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and ensure seamless event execution.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful events.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of event planning.
- Adapt to unexpected circumstances and problem-solve during event execution.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively address upcoming tasks.
- Stay informed on industry trends and contribute creative ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Three years of experience working in events, or the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team
- Experience providing deliverables on time against deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external partners
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Workfront
- Previous use of events management software such as Exhibit Force and Rainfocus
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Base salary range of $70,720 to $110,240 USD
