Job Description
The Customer Service Representative at Esri is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, managing order processes, resolving complex issues through collaboration, and continuously improving service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and personalized assistance
- Manage all stages of the order lifecycle from initiation to fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions
- Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on systems and best practices to support evolving customer needs
Requirements
- One year of professional or customer service experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
- Effective communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail including experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use resources to research issues and manage complex customer inquiries
- Customer-oriented with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to learn new concepts and software programs quickly, retain large amounts of information, and adapt as priorities change
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School diploma or equivalent
