Job Description
A customer support role at Esri focused on assisting clients with GIS software, managing orders, building relationships, and resolving complex inquiries to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer support and resolve inquiries effectively
- Manage the entire order process from initiation to delivery, maintaining organized records
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams to facilitate solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to orders and deliveries
- Develop efficient methods to address customer concerns and improve customer experience
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional or customer service experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use resources to research issues and manage complex customer inquiries
- Customer-oriented attitude with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to learn new concepts and software programs quickly, retain large amounts of information, and adapt as priorities change
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
