Job Description
This role involves supporting contract management processes for GIS software services, including risk analysis, negotiations, administration, and research, to ensure effective contract lifecycle management within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the contracting process through project cycle stages including review, development, formation, negotiation, administration, and closeout
- Manage contract administration workload across various business sectors
- Provide guidance on contracting processes, procedures, and application to different contract types
- Oversee application of contract terms and conditions and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Review technical scopes of work to identify contractual risks
- Apply negotiation and administration skills to all aspects of contracting
- Process NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Tech Consulting contracts, Advantage Program contracts, and other small agreements in the CLM System
- Conduct contract-related research and support contract closeouts
Requirements
- At least 1 year of contract administration purchasing experience.
- Ability to manage contracting basic outlines and relationships for consistent data entry and research of contract questions.
- Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse team and a variety of project management team members.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Political Science, Paralegal, or a related field.
